TERMS FOR USE OF STILLING IMAGES AND BRANDING MATERIAL 

NB: Any images found in the Press area are only to be used for editorial, press-related purposes NOT for marketing.

GENERAL TERMS:

As a Stilling retailer or wholesaler, you are welcome to use our provided image material for your own marketing purposes. However, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following conditions:

  • Stilling images may only be used to market stilling® products.
  • The use of Stilling’s image material is limited to the images provided in our digital showroom. Images must never be copied from catalogues or social media without prior agreement due to usage rights concerns.

USE OF IMAGES IN DIGITAL MARKETING:

  • When using Stilling images on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, you must tag Stilling’s account by writing @stilling1949.
  • When using Stilling images on your website or in editorial content, the Stilling brand must be credited. Alternatively, a logo and a link to www.stilling.dk must be included (e.g. on a supplier page) if image credits cannot be implemented within the website’s design.
  • When using Stilling images on webshops or in any form of online commerce, it must be clearly stated that the product is a Stilling® product. This applies to each relevant product.
  • Under no circumstances may Stilling images be used in connection with competing brands and products unless it is explicitly clear which images belong to which brand. This can be achieved by adding a logo or tagging the profile.

USE OF IMAGES IN PRINTED MARKETING:

  • When using Stilling images in printed marketing or other forms of offline promotion, such as signage or in-store decoration, the Stilling logo must be visible. This can either be in direct association with the image or as a general inclusion within the material.

TERMS OF USE FOR OUR SUSTAIN™ LABEL:
As a Stilling dealer, you also have exclusive access to use the Stilling SUSTAIN™ marking in your marketing to support your sales of more environmentally friendly curtain equipment.

To maintain the integrity of the SUSTAIN™ marking, we ask that you comply with the following conditions when using it:

  • The SUSTAIN™ marking must always be referred to as “Stilling SUSTAIN™” in all marketing materials or must reference the Stilling brand in textual contexts, such as “Our curtain tracks are made by Danish manufacturer Stilling and bear the SUSTAIN™ marking, which means…”
  • The Stilling SUSTAIN™ marking must always be written in capital letters followed by the trademark symbol (™).
  • The SUSTAIN™ marking may only be used in connection with our products that carry the marking and must never be associated with competing products from other suppliers.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

It is important to us that you are comfortable with how Stilling processes your personal data. If you are a visitor on our website, we respect your privacy and guarantee that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. Processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.

THE DATA WE COLLECT
Information regarding your use of our website is collected using cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer to collect information about the websites you have visited and what your activity there. This information is used to track visitor behavior and is compiled in statistical reports on visitor activity on the website. You can choose that your browser does not accept cookies, but in some cases this can result in some functions not working as expected on our website.

NEWSLETTERS
If you register as a subscriber to our newsletter we collect information about you as well. Personal information may include name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc. The information provided may be used to meet a requested service, such as sending a catalogue or asking one of our dealers to contact you. We may also use your information to keep you informed about our products and services.

CONTACT FORMS
By filling out our contact forms, you explicitly consent to us collecting and using your contact information for the purpose of responding to your request. You also agree that we may share your details with our selected business partners or distributors, where relevant.
We will process your data only for this purpose and retain it for as long as necessary to fulfil your request, after which it will be securely deleted unless required for legal purposes.

YOUR DATA IS SECURE
To ensure that your personal data is secure, we use software such as firewalls, antivirus programs and data encryption. Your data is only accessible to the employees who need it to be able to perform their tasks. The information we store about you will not be shared with other companies. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to amend information you believe is incorrect and to request that some/all information be removed.
