AT KINRADEN

The new KINRADEN jewellery flagship store in Copenhagen featured the “Feast of Eden” exhibition during the 3daysofdesign Festival 2024.
The exhibition was a captivating highlight where art, design, and architecture intersected. It was curated by Caia Leifsdotter and Atelier Madirazza. And enriched by contributions from Iril Audio Systems and from our business partner MURO STUDIO, who designed the curtains using curtain tracks – and curtain rods from Stilling.

A DYNAMIC SPACE
The “Feast of Eden” exhibition at KINRADEN explored the kitchen as a dynamic space for gathering, celebration, and connection. The installations by Caia Leifsdotter and Atelier Madirazza paid homage to the kitchen as a central hub in both everyday life and special occasions.
SYMPHONY OF DESIGN
The exhibition was beautifully orchestrated through a collaboration of design elements, primarily in white and silver tones. MURO STUDIO’s exquisite curtains, carried by Stilling’s curtain tracks and rods, added a tactile softness that contrasted with the architectural boldness of the space.

RESPONSIBLE MATERIALS
Our milled AP 5001 curtain track in Super Silver created an intimate meeting area within the open layout of KINRADEN. Carrying pristine white curtains and mounted on our ceiling suspensions, the semicircle shape has an airy feeling. The use of curtains as a room divider exemplifies the blend of functionality and artistry that defined the entire exhibition.
The AP 5001, created from 100% recycled aluminium, is a responsible product perfectly in line with the KINRADEN jewellery, which is crafted from recycled and sustainable materials.
INNOVATIVE USE OF CURTAIN RODS
MURO STUDIO took an innovative approach with our HS 2400 curtain rod in polished steel. Rather than using it in its traditional manner, a piece of white fabric was draped over the bar, repurposing the track into an artistic statement. This reimagining of the track’s functionality showcased the versatility of design elements.

GREAT COLLABORATION
The “Feast of Eden” was a great exhibition, supported by the craftsmanship of MURO STUDIO and Stilling. The exhibition not only celebrated the kitchen as a space for community and lived experience but also challenged our perception of how design can shape our experiences.
