THE TAKE A STAND FOUNDATION
As a company, we believe in the vital responsibility to use our finances and resources to help others. We embrace this duty through our affiliation with the B Corp community, our inclusive production unit that provides safe and developmental internships to individuals on the margins of the labor market, and through our ongoing support for the arts.
Additionally, we support various charitable causes with financial contributions and product sponsorships through our ‘Take a Stand’ foundation, sharing the operational profits of Stilling A/S.
A PART OF OUR SOCIETAL AMBITION
Stilling’s societal ambition is to create “space for life.” Not only when we develop new products and solutions with consideration for the people who furnish their homes with our designs, but also when we take social responsibility in the workplace, in the local community, and throughout the rest of our value chain.
The name “Take a Stand” reflects both our company name and the core values that drive our business. We are committed to making a positive impact on the world and society, taking responsibility for the consequences of our actions. Our goal is to lead the necessary changes to leave a positive legacy for future generations and ensure dignified lives for all. We strive to give more than we take and stand by every choice we make. We have taken a stand.

The “Take a Stand” foundation is part of the privately owned company, Stilling A/S, and is managed with the same administration, leadership, and board of directors.
The company and the foundation are jointly owned and managed by Rasmus Stilling-Schütz (50%) and Thomas Trads Hansen (50%). This marks the third generation of Stilling family ownership since the company’s founding in 1949.
