3daysofdesign 2024 saw Stilling collaborate with Danish interior designer Nadia Olive Schnack on a brand take-over, bringing Nadia’s colour universe to Stilling®. This collaboration was showcased at the special exhibition, ‘Colours and Crafts’, in our showroom Stilling Studio.
The 3daysofdesign 2024 exhibition featured three new colours curated by Nadia for the Stilling® portfolio: Comice, Dutch White, and Avalon.
Colours and Crafts celebrated beautiful craftsmanship in vibrant colours and presents works from the design brands Stilling®, SkLO, KURAGE, Ege Carpets, and Gurli Elbækgaard, curated by Nadia.

COLOUR TALK BY NADIA OLIVE SCHNACK
“Studying colours and their effect on people is a never-ending process.” Nadia Olive Schnack.
Nadia Olive Schnack offers bespoke design and architectural solutions for both private homes and commercial projects. Her design signature blends patterns, antiques, new designs, and an exquisite sense of colours.
During 3daysofdesign 2024, Nadia gave a daily ‘Colour Talk’ where she spoke about her choice of colours, the process behind the exhibition, and her creative approach to interior design.

THREE CURATED COLOURS
Dutch White, Avalon, and Comice are the three colours curated by interior designer Nadia Olive Schnack as Stilling special editions. These colours were presented at 3daysofdesign 2024 and are now available for the popular AP 1100 & AP 1170 curtain tracks. They can also be selected at an additional cost across the entire Stilling track range.
Nadia’s flair for culinary creations inspired the names and shades of these colours:
DUTCH WHITE: A beautiful whitish colour with a pastel blue tint, which creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Dutch White is also a variety of cabbage.
AVALON: A deep, saturated blue that exudes sophisticated elegance. Avalon is also a type of plum.
COMICE: A lively green with an energetic and fresh aesthetic. Comice is also a variety of pear.
STILLING® DESIGN ALL OVER COPENHAGEN
Together with many of our Danish dealers and partners, Stilling was proud to be collaborating on curtain design for 3daysofdesign throughout Copenhagen. We created a comprehensive map for you to easily explore all the showrooms and exhibitions showcasing Stilling products.
EXHIBITION PARTNER: KURAGE
KURAGE is driven by a deep love for colours, textures, and aesthetics, focusing on sustainable materials, durability, and enhancing indoor well-being. The collection features inspiring textile designs for private homes, bespoke creations, and collaborative solutions with architects and designers.
To honour their legacy, KURAGE has reworked some of their earliest patterns on new, recycled fabrics in contemporary colours.
EXHIBITION PARTNER: SKLO
SklO designs and produces hand-blown glass lighting and interior objects from their studios in Northern California and the Czech Republic. SkLO was founded by the design duo Karen Gilbert and Paul Pavlak.
Each product from SkLO is created with a deep respect for the richness of the material and the historical craft tradition it represents. The SkLO Light collection is individually crafted from solid brass and hand-blown Czech glass.
EXHIBITION PARTNER: GURLI ELBÆKGAARD
Gurli Elbækgaard graduated from Designskolen Kolding in 2000 and works with small series of functional items and sculptural works.
Her unique pieces feature an organic design language, clearly inspired by the natural world. The foundation of her creative process and the creation of her sculptural works involves testing, playing, and experimenting with colours and form.

Ege Carpets produces wall-to-wall carpets, loose rugs, carpet tiles, and planks for commercial buildings, hotels, and cruise ships, intertwining timeless Danish design, durable quality, natural comfort, and a progressive sustainable mindset.
Ege Carpets delivers beautiful quality carpets and also offers the possibility to create custom design solutions. Their long-term ambition is to create the world’s most sustainable carpets.
