The AP 5001 SAFETRACK™ is our patented anti-ligature curtain track, specially designed for use in psychiatric hospitals. To avoid self-injury or loss of life, the AP 5001 SAFETRACK™ is designed to release from attachment points such as wall brackets and ceiling suspensions at a pull of 17 kg. The gliders release at a pull as small as 8 kg. SAFETRACK™ is tested and certified by the Danish Technological Institute and meets the international anti-ligature standards.
